Smiler Clear Aligners

Smilers® is a leading French manufacturer and distributor of clear aligners. Smiler aligners are produced in one of Europe’s largest aligner facilities using modern, bisphenol-free processes, are CE-marked, and made from biocompatible PETG. The material is engineered to maintain long-term clarity throughout wear, helping prevent unwanted yellowing.

Smilers® Clear Aligner Treatment Workflow

Step 1: Schedule an appointment with Tâm Như Dental Clinic.

Step 2: In-clinic examination and consultation. The doctor assesses your teeth to confirm whether your case is suitable for the Smilers® clear aligner system.

Step 3: Your case information is sent to Smilers’ headquarters in Salon-de-Provence, France to create a preliminary treatment plan.
Your plan is then co-developed by the orthodontist in Vietnam and Smilers® doctors in France to personalize tooth movement according to your jaw and facial characteristics.

Step 4: The clinic presents your treatment plan. A Story Smilers® video (a 3D simulation of tooth movements) is produced and shared with your doctor so you can review and approve the full plan.
Each stage of the plan corresponds to one aligner, which applies gentle, controlled forces to move your teeth step by step.

Step 5: Upon your approval, the aligners are custom 3D-printed at the Smilers® facility in France according to the approved plan.

Step 6: The complete Smilers® aligner set is shipped from France to Vietnam. You’ll return to the clinic for attachment placement (if needed) and detailed instructions for wear and care.

Step 7: You’ll attend periodic follow-up visits as directed by your doctor.
